Platform Guide

Knowing which platform the product you see on our site belongs to is important to use the correct application and avoid wrong actions. This information is for general informational purposes; platform interfaces may change over time.

Steam

Steam game accounts are used via the official Steam client. If the purchased product is a Steam account, the game library is displayed on this platform.

Ubisoft Connect

Ubisoft games are managed via Ubisoft Connect. Sign-in should be performed through the official Ubisoft app.

Epic Games Store

Epic Games products are used via the Epic Games Launcher. Email verification or 2FA may be required on accounts.

EA App

EA games are managed via the EA App. The game license is associated with the relevant EA account.

Riot Games

VALORANT, League of Legends and similar Riot games are used via the Riot Client. Account management is handled with Riot ID.

Microsoft Store

Microsoft Store products can be used through the Microsoft Store on PC or a Microsoft account linked to the Xbox app.

PlayStation

PlayStation products are managed through the PSN account and are typically used on consoles.

Before Purchasing

The platform name, product type and delivery time listed on the product page must be checked.

CD Key, e-pin and ready-made game account are different product types. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Support

If you cannot log in with the delivered username or password or the delivery area appears empty, you can contact us through My Account → My Orders and then Support Requests.

For issues such as bans, performance, updates or client errors, you should first consult the relevant platform’s support resources. You can write to our support team for order or delivery issues.
