Discount coupon and cart summary

Coupon usage

Coupon codes can be used at the cart or checkout step. When entering the code, pay attention to spaces, case sensitivity, and typos.

A coupon code does not mean account delivery. Delivery details of the purchased product can be viewed in My Account → My Orders.

Coupon terms

Coupons can be defined for specific products, specific amounts, or for single-use according to campaign conditions.

Some campaigns may not be combinable with other discounts.

Pre-payment check

Before making a payment, it is recommended to verify the product name, quantity, coupon discount, and the total amount.

Account processing is usually non-refundable after approval in most cases.

In case of an error

If the coupon appears invalid or the discount is not applied, you can contact us through Support Requests with a screenshot.
