Can I join the same draw more than once?
No. Each account can join a draw only once. If the use of multiple accounts is detected, the related entries are invalidated.
How are the winners chosen?
When the time is up, winners are picked at random from the participants. Results are published on the draw page itself, with the usernames of the winners masked.
How do I find out if I won?
An email is sent to your account when the result is announced. You can also check the winners list on the draw page and the “My Prizes” section of your account.
When and how will my prize be delivered?
Game and key prizes are added to the “My Library” section of your account, while balance prizes go directly to your wallet. Delivery is completed shortly after the result is announced.
Does the product I win come with a warranty?
Yes. Products awarded as prizes carry a 6-month warranty starting from the delivery date. The longer warranty periods that apply to purchased products are not offered on giveaway prizes. Balance and coupon prizes are not covered by any warranty.
Can I return my prize or exchange it for cash?
Draw prizes are gifts; they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Balance prizes can only be used for purchases on the site.
