Code and account security

Do not share your product key, password, or login code with third parties or in public chats. Use the product key only in the activation field of the official platform specified in the order guide. The order number is not a product key.

Delivered game account

Do not change the password, email, or security settings of the account delivered by the store beyond the delivery instructions; do not reset the password. Your UcuzGames membership account and your personal platform account are different from this delivered account.

Support

For login or delivery issues, continue through your existing support request via Support tickets, including the full error message.
