How does digital product delivery work?

Most of the digital products sold on our site are in the form of an account. After payment, the username, password and, if any, additional instructions can be viewed from the My Account → Orders section.

Delivery time and method are stated on the product page before purchase.

Delivery methods

For products with Instant / quick delivery, information appears in the Orders section after payment confirmation.

For products that are not instant delivery, the process is completed within the time stated on the product page.

After the order

Make sure you log in with the member account you used to place the order. Then open the relevant order from My Account → Orders to check the delivery information.

Use the delivered information only in the official platform app and do not share it with third parties.

If you encounter issues

If the delivery time passes and the information does not appear or the delivery field is missing, you can contact us via Support Tickets with your order number.
