How do I track my order?

Order delivery tracking from My Orders

Delivery of the game account is tracked in the My Account → My Orders section.

Steps

Log in with the correct member account you used to place the order. Then go to the My Account → My Orders section and open the relevant order.

Order details

In the order details, the order number, date, amount, and order status are displayed.

When delivery is completed, the username, password, and any additional notes for the platform account you purchased will appear in the delivery area.

In case of a delay

If the delivery time stated on the product page has passed, refresh the page to check again.

If delivery information still does not appear, you can contact us through Support Requests along with your order number.
