Steam: Sign in to the purchased account and first steps
Products Delivered as Steam Accounts
This guide applies only to orders whose product description specifies Steam account delivery. A Steam key, an EA App product, and other platforms are not the same delivery type. The current login details are under My Account → My Orders → Access Product.
Logging In
Log in through the official Steam client using the information in the order guide. If a check for extra spaces or copying has already failed, do not repeat the same attempt over and over. Only deal with Steam Guard if the login screen actually asks for it; do not follow the Guard process if no code is requested.
If the Problem Persists
Contact support through Support tickets with the exact error message and the relevant order; if you already have an open request, continue there. Do not change the delivered account’s password, email, or security settings, and do not reset the password. Do not send your password or verification code in chat.
