Login code or product key?

Steam Guard and email login codes are different from Spotify/Windows/game activation keys. Do not assume that the email address receiving the code belongs to the customer. For the delivered game account, use the contact channel listed in the order guide. If you have sent a message on Instagram, wait for a representative in the same conversation; they will get back to you as soon as possible. No exact time in minutes is provided. For product key errors, only the error message is requested; do not send the full key, QR code, or password.
