Subscription activation code isn’t working

The activation code for subscriptions such as YouTube Premium is different from the account login verification code. Entering the code on the redemption page does not mean you have sent a message to the support team. If the subscription does not activate after redeeming the code, follow the error message or instructions shown on the page; do not repeat the same step over and over. Without sharing the full code, request an activation check at Support tickets using your order number and the result message. If you already have an existing request, add this information to it.
