UCUZPASS TERMS OF USE

In Brief
- UcuzPass is a time-limited membership. Throughout your membership, you can play the PC games included in your pack using the UcuzGames desktop application, through shared accounts, and on a single computer. The games are not added to your Steam or any other platform account, and you are not provided with a game code.
- A membership purchased using wallet balance is not automatically renewed. A subscription started by card (Stripe) is automatically renewed at the end of each period until you cancel it. If you cancel, you can continue playing until the end of the period.
- Your membership begins when payment is made, and you gain immediate access to the games. Therefore, by consenting before purchase, you waive your right of withdrawal and no refund will be issued. If a problem with the service arises due to an issue on our end, your statutory rights remain fully in effect.
- You may not share or sell your access to anyone else. You may not change the passwords or settings of the accounts provided to you, make purchases using those accounts, or use cheats. If these rules are not followed, your membership may be terminated without a refund.
- The games in the catalog and membership benefits may change over time. The departure date of games leaving the catalog will be shown in advance.
- If you dispute a payment (chargeback), your membership may be suspended until the dispute is resolved; if the payment is refunded to you, your membership will end. If you experience a problem, contact us first: [email protected]
These terms apply to the UcuzPass membership. The site’s general rules are also governed by the Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, Distance Sales Agreement, Preliminary Information Form, and Cancellation and Refund Policy. If there is any discrepancy between these terms and those documents on a matter specific to UcuzPass, these terms shall apply. No provision of these terms may be interpreted as eliminating your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Parties and Definitions

1.2. Member (you)
The person who registers at www.ucuzgames.com' and purchases UcuzPass or starts a trial membership. You are referred to as "you" in these terms.
1.3. Definitions
- UcuzPass / membership: The time-limited game access membership described in these terms.
- Pack: Any of the Core, Plus, or Elite membership tiers.
- Period: 30 days for a monthly pack and 365 days for an annual pack.
- Catalog: The list of PC (Windows) games included in your pack and available to you throughout your membership.
- Application: The UcuzGames desktop application (Windows), through which games are downloaded and launched.
- Shared account: Game platform accounts that do not belong to you and that UcuzGames makes available through the application to access games.
- Registered computer: The single computer to which your membership is linked.
- Wallet balance: The balance in your Site account.
- Card subscription: A payment initiated by card via Stripe infrastructure and automatically renewed at the end of each period.
2. Scope of the Service
2.1. UcuzPass grants you, for the duration of your membership, the right to access through the application the PC games included in your package. You are not purchasing a game. The games are not added to your Steam or other platform account (library), and no game code is delivered to you.
2.2. Games are accessed through shared accounts. The application logs into the account on your behalf; the password for the shared account is not disclosed to you. Shared accounts are used by UcuzGames; you acquire no ownership or right of use in respect of these accounts.
2.3. Clear disclosure regarding shared accounts: UcuzGames is not the developer or publisher of the games; the games, brands and gaming platforms belong to their respective rights holders. The terms of use of gaming platforms (e.g. Steam) may restrict the use of accounts by multiple people. Accordingly, a platform may restrict or suspend a shared account or access to a game, or close the account. In such a case, access to the relevant game may be interrupted temporarily or permanently. UcuzGames does not claim to eliminate this risk; it will endeavor to restore access within a reasonable period, and if it cannot do so, the matter will be assessed in accordance with clauses 6.5 and 8.3.
2.4. Allocation of risk: The risk and cost arising from a shared account being restricted or closed by the platform without any breach of the rules by you shall be borne by UcuzGames; no fee shall be charged to you in such a case. You may be charged only for damages directly caused by your own culpable breach of the rules (clause 7.8).
2.5. Membership may be used on one computer only and is linked to the computer on which you first log in to the application. If you need to change or format your computer, contact the support team; your registered computer will be reset and you can register your new computer. Use on more than one computer simultaneously is prohibited.
2.6. UcuzPass may be used only through the application on computers running the Windows operating system. An internet connection is required to download a game, and your computer must meet the game’s system requirements to run it. The requirements are listed on the game pages; we recommend checking them before purchasing.
2.7. When your membership ends, your access to the games in the catalog will be terminated. Game files downloaded to your computer will not launch without access.
2.8. Depending on your package, certain additional benefits are also offered alongside catalog access (clause 8). The benefits supplement catalog access, which is the primary subject of the membership.
2.9. UcuzPass may be purchased by users who meet the membership requirements set out in the Membership Agreement. If you are under 18, you may purchase and use UcuzPass only with the permission of your parent or guardian.
3. Packages and Duration
3.1. UcuzPass has three plans: Core, Plus and Elite. Each plan can be purchased on a monthly (30 days) or annual (365 days) basis. The plans have different catalogs and benefits; their current details are displayed on the UcuzPass page.
3.2. Your membership begins as soon as your payment is approved. Its end date is shown in your member panel.
3.3. Renewing the same plan: If you repurchase the same plan while your membership is active, the new term is added to your current end date. If you purchase the other term of the same plan (annual instead of monthly, or vice versa), the new term also begins as soon as your current term ends; the days you have paid for are not lost.
3.3a. Lower-tier plan: You cannot purchase a lower-tier plan while a higher-tier plan is active and paid for; you may purchase the lower-tier plan after your current membership ends.
3.4. Purchasing a higher-tier plan: If you purchase a higher-tier plan using your wallet balance, it begins as a new membership that is separate from and runs concurrently with your current membership, and runs for its own term. Your current membership's end date does not change; the lower-tier plan's term does not pause or extend in the meantime. If you have more than one active membership at the same time, your access and benefits are determined by the highest active plan. When the higher-tier plan ends, you can continue using your lower-tier plan if its term is still active.
3.5. Trial membership: UcuzGames may offer a trial membership to users it deems eligible. The trial membership's duration, scope, eligibility and what happens at its end will be displayed when the trial is started. Each user may receive a trial membership once. The trial may be terminated if misuse, such as the use of multiple accounts, is detected. A trial membership will not automatically convert to a paid membership unless this is expressly stated when the trial is started and your separate consent is obtained. Some benefits may not be included in the trial membership.
3.6. Gift membership: When UcuzPass is offered as a gift code, these terms apply to the account of the person who redeems the code. The gift code's terms of use are displayed on the purchase screen.
4. Fees and payment
4.1. The membership fee is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices include taxes. You will not be charged any additional fee beyond the total amount shown on the payment screen.
4.2. Promotional and launch pricing: UcuzGames may offer limited-time promotional or launch prices. The purchase screen and UcuzPass page will show who is eligible for these prices, which plans they apply to, how many times they may be used and the date until which they are available. Promotional pricing is valid only for purchases that meet the promotion's terms.
4.3. Payment methods:
- Wallet balance: The fee is deducted from your balance, and your membership begins immediately. This membership is not automatically renewed.
- Card (Stripe): If you start a recurring subscription by card, payment is processed through Stripe. This subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each term until you cancel it (Article 5). Your card details are not stored on UcuzGames' servers.
- Other payment methods: If your balance is insufficient, the shortfall is added to your wallet balance using the other payment methods available on the site; your membership then begins once payment is made from your balance. Adding funds to your balance and purchasing a membership are separate transactions.
4.4. If the payment is not approved, the membership will not begin. If the payment is disputed later, Article 6.7 shall apply.
4.5. Your invoice will be issued in accordance with the applicable legislation and delivered through your account or by e-mail.
5. Automatic renewal and cancellation
5.1. This Article applies only to card subscriptions. Memberships purchased using wallet balance are not automatically renewed; you will not be charged without your knowledge when the term expires.
5.2. A card subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each term for the same package and the same term until you cancel it; the term fee is charged to your registered card. When you start the subscription, automatic renewal, the renewal term, and the renewal price are clearly shown to you, and your separate consent is obtained.
5.3. Renewal reminder: For annual subscriptions, an e-mail will be sent at least 7 days before renewal, notifying you of the renewal date, amount, and cancellation method. After each renewal, the charge will be notified by e-mail.
5.4. Renewal price: The renewal price shown to you when you start the subscription will apply upon renewal. For a subscription started at a promotional price, the price applicable after the promotion ends will be shown when the subscription is started. If the renewal price changes, the new price will be notified by e-mail and through your account at least 14 days before the renewal to which it will apply. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before renewal; if you do not cancel, the new price will apply only from the first renewal following the notification.
5.5. Cancellation (termination): You may terminate your subscription at any time, without paying an additional fee or penalty and without giving a reason. Cancellation is as easy as starting the subscription: it can be completed in one step in the Stripe customer portal, accessed through the link in the member panel. You may also cancel by writing to [email protected] or through the support channels. Your cancellation request will be processed before the next renewal and confirmed to you by e-mail.
5.6. Effect of cancellation: Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access will continue until the end of the term you have paid for; the membership will end at the end of that term. No partial refund will be made for a paid term (Article 6); however, the circumstances in which these terms expressly provide for a refund (Articles 6.5, 8.3, 8.5, 9.4) and your rights under law are reserved.
5.7. If the renewal payment cannot be collected (e.g. insufficient funds, expired card), Stripe may retry the payment at certain intervals, and you will be notified of the status by e-mail. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription and access will end.
5.8. You may update your registered card through the Stripe customer portal.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
6.1. UcuzPass is a service performed immediately in an electronic environment: your membership starts as soon as payment is approved, and you gain immediate access to the games in the catalogue. Pursuant to subparagraphs (ğ) (services performed immediately in an electronic environment) and (h) (services whose performance has commenced with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires) of the first paragraph of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, upon giving your express consent before purchase, you will have no right of withdrawal and no refund will be made.
6.2. Express consent: Before each purchase, on the payment screen and before the payment button, you will be asked to check the consent box below. The box will not be pre-checked; you cannot complete the purchase without checking it:
"I consent to the period I purchase starting immediately or being added to my existing membership period; I acknowledge that, as this is a digital service, I have no right of withdrawal and am not entitled to a refund."
This consent is recorded together with the version of the consent text (up-cayma-v3; up-cayma-v2 for purchases made before 30.10.2026), the date and time, IP address, and device information, and is retained for 10 years from the date of purchase (the general limitation period). Your consent record and these terms will remain permanently accessible through the order records in your account.
6.3. For card-based subscriptions, you provide this consent when starting the subscription. The consent also applies to each renewal period until the subscription is cancelled; at each renewal, the membership is again performed as soon as the period begins. Notifications before and after renewal are set out in clause 5.3.
6.4. This rule also applies to memberships and renewals purchased at promotional or launch prices. Non-use of the membership, a change of mind, or selecting the wrong package does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6.5. Defective or unprovided service: The absence of a right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights if the service is not provided at all or is not provided properly. If the service cannot be provided for a reason attributable to UcuzGames or is defective (e.g., a prolonged access outage attributable to UcuzGames), you may exercise one of the elective rights set out in Article 15 of Law No. 6502: re-performance of the service (including extending the membership period by the duration of the outage), a price reduction proportionate to the defect (refund of the relevant portion), or termination of the contract (refund of the amount attributable to the period during which the service could not be used). If the conditions are met, your right to compensation is also reserved. The support team will review your request against the records and propose an appropriate solution; you are not required to accept the proposal.
6.6. Problems arising from your computer, internet connection, short-term outages of gaming platforms (such as Steam), or your violation of the rules are not considered problems attributable to UcuzGames. Prolonged loss of access caused by a platform will be assessed in accordance with clauses 2.3 and 8.3.
6.7. Payment dispute (chargeback): If you dispute a payment with your bank or payment service provider, your membership may be suspended until the dispute is resolved, and you will be notified by email. If the dispute results in the payment being refunded to you, the relevant membership will end. If the dispute is rejected, the suspension will be lifted and the period spent suspended will be added to your membership. UcuzGames may submit records showing that the payment was valid (consent records, usage records, etc.) to the relevant provider. Your right to dispute the payment is reserved; we kindly ask you to contact us first about payment issues, as we can resolve most issues quickly.
7. Rules of use
You agree to comply with the following rules when using UcuzPass.
7.1. Personal use: The membership is for your personal use only. You may not share, rent, sell, or transfer your access, site account, or registered computer to others. Commercial use (internet cafes, PlayStation cafes, gaming arcades, etc.) is prohibited.
7.2. Do not interfere with shared accounts: For shared accounts made available through the application:
- you may not change the password, email address, phone number, two-step verification, or other login and security information;
- you may not attempt to obtain, view, or copy the password or login information;
- you may not change account settings such as profile, privacy, family sharing, region, or language;
- you may not make purchases, add money or credit, sell items, trade, or send gifts;
- you may not harass others through actions such as adding friends, messaging, or posting in the community, or engage in conduct that could damage the account’s reputation.
7.3. App only: You may not use shared accounts outside the app (e.g., through the platform’s own client, website, or another device).
7.4. Prohibition on cheating and misuse: You may not use cheats, bots, mod menus, unauthorized software, or any other tool that could result in your account being banned in games or in the app. You may not attempt to bypass, alter, or reverse-engineer the operation of the app, device registration, or access system.
7.5. Fair use: UcuzPass is designed for normal individual gaming use. If use involving repeated downloads / deletions using automated tools, unusually frequent logins, or similar activity that could cause shared accounts to be flagged by platforms is detected, UcuzGames will first warn you; if such use continues, it may reasonably restrict the relevant activity. Your normal gameplay will not be restricted in any way.
7.6. Game rules: You must comply with the rules of the games and gaming platforms.
7.7. Account security: You are responsible for protecting the password and two-step verification information for your Site account.
7.8. Failure to comply: UcuzGames may warn you, temporarily suspend your access, or terminate your membership in proportion to the severity of the breach. For less serious breaches, a written warning will be issued first. Sharing or selling access, changing shared account information or settings, making purchases using these accounts, and using cheats constitute serious breaches; in such cases, membership may be terminated without warning and without a refund of the fee for the remaining period. The termination decision and its grounds will be notified to you by email; you may appeal to the support team within 14 days, and if your appeal is upheld, your membership and the suspended period will be restored. The non-refund is the minimum compensation for the damage caused to UcuzGames by the serious breach; your statutory rights are reserved if you demonstrate that the damage was less. In addition, you may only be charged for documented damage directly caused by your own culpable breach (e.g., the cost of replacing a closed shared account).
8. Changes to the Catalog and Benefits
8.1. Catalog subject to change: Games may be added to the catalog, moved between packages, or removed from the catalog. This may be due to licensing, supply, gaming platform policies, technical issues, or a business decision. There is no guarantee that a particular game will remain in the catalog throughout your membership period; however, the general nature of the catalog is protected under Article 8.3.
8.2. Departure notice: Where possible, the departure date of games leaving the catalog will be announced in advance on the game page and in the catalog. In urgent situations arising from technical, legal, or platform-related reasons, a game may be removed without prior notice.
8.3. Material reduction of the catalog: The removal of a single game from the catalog does not constitute grounds for a refund. However, if the catalog included in your package is reduced, compared with its state on the date of purchase, to an extent that materially changes the nature of the package as presented at the time of purchase, you may terminate your membership and request a refund of the amount corresponding to the remaining days of the period you paid for. Instead of a refund, you may choose one of the other remedies set out in Article 6.5.
8.4. Membership benefits: Depending on your package, the following types of additional benefits may be offered:
- store member discounts on eligible products (not applicable to E-pin and bundle products; products to which the discount does not apply are indicated in the cart and on the UcuzPass page),
- UcuzPuan multiplier,
- additional entry rights in sweepstakes,
- bonus gifts awarded on certain days each month (UcuzPuan, coupons, or products),
- birthday coupon,
- priority or VIP support,
- additional spins on the prize wheel.
Which benefits each package provides, at what rate, and under what conditions is displayed on the UcuzPass page and in the member panel.
8.5. Changes to benefits: Benefits are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant campaigns, sweepstakes, coupons, UcuzPuan, and games of chance. UcuzGames may add new benefits. During the period you have paid for, the benefits presented for your package at the time of purchase will not be changed to your detriment; changes that reduce benefits will be announced at least 14 days in advance and will apply starting from the next period. The sole exception is mandatory circumstances beyond UcuzGames' control, such as changes in legislation, a decision by a competent authority, the termination of a service by a business partner, or the prevention of abuse. If a benefit changes during the period in such circumstances, an equivalent benefit will be offered; if this is not possible, you may terminate your membership and request a refund of the amount corresponding to the remaining days.
8.6. Ongoing benefits such as member discounts, the UcuzPuan multiplier, and priority support are valid only while your membership is active. Coupons and UcuzPuan credited to your account during your membership may be used for their respective validity periods after your membership ends, unless their terms state otherwise. Benefits cannot be converted into cash or transferred. If abuse such as maintaining multiple accounts or providing a false date of birth is detected, only the benefit that was abused may be revoked.
9. Suspension and termination of the service
9.1. Your membership will end in the following cases:
- expiry of its term (for memberships that do not renew automatically),
- the end of the paid period following cancellation of a card subscription,
- failure to collect a renewal payment,
- reversal of a payment following a dispute (Article 6.7),
- termination due to a rule violation (Article 7.8),
- your termination of the membership under Article 6.5, 8.3, or 8.5,
- the termination or closure of the site membership; in this case, the refund provisions in Article 9.4 apply to the remaining period, while termination for a rule violation is governed by Article 7.8.
9.2. Suspension: UcuzGames may temporarily suspend your access during an investigation in cases involving a reasonable suspicion of a specific rule violation, a security risk, suspected payment issues, or a legal obligation, and will notify you of the reason. The investigation will be completed within a reasonable time, and no later than 14 days. If no violation is found, your access will be restored and the suspended period will be added to your membership.
9.3. Maintenance and outages: Access may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance, updates, or temporary outages affecting third-party services (gaming platforms, hosting, payment infrastructure). UcuzGames will exercise reasonable care to minimize these outages; clause 6.5 applies in the event of prolonged outages.
9.4. Complete termination of the service: If UcuzGames decides to terminate the UcuzPass service entirely, it will announce this at least 30 days in advance and stop automatic renewals. When the service ends, the amount attributable to the paid but unused period will be refunded, at your preference, either as wallet balance or to your payment method. If you cancel your site membership, or it is cancelled, for a reason other than a rule violation, the amount attributable to the remaining period will be refunded in the same manner.
9.5. When your membership ends, access will be closed. Your game save files will generally remain on your computer; however, preservation of game progress is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. UcuzGames endeavors to provide UcuzPass diligently and with as few interruptions as possible. However, it does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every game will work on every computer.
10.2. Unless at fault, UcuzGames is not liable for:
- issues arising from hardware or software incompatibility, your internet connection, or security software,
- updates, policy changes, and outages caused by game developers or gaming platforms (clauses 6.5 and 8.3 remain applicable if access cannot be provided for an extended period as a result),
- loss of game progress (saves); support for languages, patches, mods, or online modes in games,
- losses arising from your violation of the rules or failure to protect your account information,
- force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemics, widespread infrastructure and internet failures, decisions of competent authorities, etc.).
10.3. To the extent permitted by law, UcuzGames' liability arising from these terms is limited to the membership fee you paid for the relevant period. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, damages relating to life and bodily integrity, damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data, or cases in which consumer legislation does not permit limitation. Your statutory rights concerning defective services are unaffected by this limitation.
11. Personal data
11.1. Within the scope of UcuzPass, your personal data is processed for the purposes of establishing and administering your membership, payment, pairing your registered computer, providing access to games, preventing misuse, and complying with legal obligations. This includes, for example: identity and contact information, membership and payment records, withdrawal consent record (consent version, date and time, IP address, device information), registered computer identifier, application login and usage records, and date of birth for the birthday benefit. Withdrawal consent records are retained for 10 years from the date of purchase.
11.2. Card subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a payment infrastructure provider established abroad. Your payment data is transferred to Stripe, to the extent necessary to process the payment, pursuant to the exceptions set out in the sixth paragraph of Article 9 of the KVKK (transfers necessary for the performance of a contract).

12. Amendments to the Agreement
12.1. UcuzGames may update these terms only for valid reasons, such as changes to the service, legislation, or business model. The current text is always published on this page; the version and effective date are displayed at the top of the page.
12.2. Material changes adverse to you will be announced by e-mail and through your account at least 14 days before they take effect, identifying the amended provisions. The change will not apply to you until the end of the period for which you have paid; it will take effect from the next renewal. If you do not accept it, you may cancel your subscription before renewal. Changes required by legislation will take effect on the date prescribed by that legislation.
12.3. Changes that are beneficial to you and corrections of typographical errors take effect upon publication.
12.4. Any consent to waive your right of withdrawal given for a purchase, and the price displayed at that time, remain valid for that purchase.
13. Disputes
13.1. Please contact us first: we can resolve most issues quickly with our support team. You may use the support channels on the Site or contact us at [email protected].
13.2. These terms are governed by Turkish law. For disputes within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the place where you purchased the service or where you reside shall have jurisdiction; for disputes exceeding these limits, the Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. Where mediation is prescribed by law as a condition for filing a lawsuit, you must apply to a mediator before filing suit. These terms do not waive any legal remedies available to you as a consumer.
14. Effective Date
14.1. These terms enter into force between you and UcuzGames when you approve them on the screen for making a purchase or starting a trial membership and remain in effect until your membership ends. Provisions that are required to apply after termination will remain in effect until their purpose has been fulfilled.
14.2. These terms are retained in UcuzGames’ records and are always accessible on this page. The version in effect on the date of your purchase will be provided to you upon request.
14.3. The invalidity of any provision of these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions; the relevant provision of law shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
